So my new landlord is kinda strict and will not allow us to install cable jacks in any more rooms in the house. My bed room and our office have no jacks but the way we have the house split up with my roomates it's very convient.

I need a solution to get cable into one or both of the rooms without:

Any kind of drilling into walls
Ripping up baseboards
Running cables throughout the house

Secondly we have seen some Wireless A/V senders but that would leave us watching the same things our roomates do and if we all liked the same programming i wouldnt need tv's in my room/office.

We currently are going to try and limp by with Hulu and Netflix, but Football season is starting soon and so is MLB playoffs.....

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Do you have carpet? Honestly your best bet is going to be running cables, and if you're really motivated tuck the cable between the carpet and the wall, depending on how the house is finished. Most doors close over a tight cable without problems, and then you have both signal and choices, relatively inexpensively.

Anything good offered on antenna?

I've had surprisingly good results with these between a couple rooms in the house here, if it's something you can connect via RJ45: http://www.amazon.com/Actiontec-MegaPlug-Ethernet-Adapter-Twin-Pack/dp/B000QGBC8C/ref=pd_cp_e_2

Also recommend the outlet circuits -- they're cheap and can provide good enough connectivity for anything but serious computer use. If your wiring is remotely recently done and not overly segmented (could be in a duplex, for example) it should cover TV easily.

If you have a crawl space you can run all the cable under the house you want and he will never know. go to a corner pull back the carpet about an inch or less and you can drill a 7/16 th hole that when the cable is removed (when you move) the carpet tucks back in nicely and he will never be the wiser.

If I could see it i could have it figured out in ten minutes or less. I've only dealt with the inductive units for low frequency applications and it worked well for that (voice only)

All hardwood floors.

You guys have given me a couple ideas to try.

Worst case scenario, you can always just use those small wall clips nailed into the baseboards and run the cabling through the house that way. Every place I've ever rented we did that.

If you are somewhat handy, have access to the home runs and can use a fish tape, you can take advantage of existing penetrations. Phone jacks are a good one to exploit and there are wall plates that have both a POTS (RJ11) jack and the cable jack.
