...What was your title?

The goal is not to replace NAG with the sandbox, but to differentiate banter from heated discussions.
The Sandbox was created for two reasons: One, to give people access to the juicier NAGs without having to wade through posts created solely as idle timewasters / internal jokes by the "in crowd". In short, we want to increase the signal to noise ratio.

The second reason was to create an "anything goes" forum, with no category label. Simply a "misc" forum where people can go do whatever it is they do without anyone ever feeling like their behavior isn't suited for the context.

Make no mistake, NAG won't become more moderated than what it has ever been with this conception. We've simply started moving threads to the sections where they belonged in the first place, which has obviously come to a shock to people that've used NAG as the "everything and anything" forum. We have sections for a reason, and we want people to categorize their postings so you know what to expect when you hit up any specific forum.

The Sandbox isn't "the new NAG", nor is it where we curb people or behavior we dislike. Its what you make of it, since it has no rules or behavior guidelines you can do exactly what you want with it (well, anything that wouldn't get Rybit sued once we've made the move).

So what's NAG for, anyway? I admit that its purpose has become muddy the last year or so, mostly due to the fact that very few new posters have emerged on Ayonae.Ro. More specifically, few EverQuest playing posters.
NAG is for your gripes, and your flames with EverQuest in mind in particular, but not solely. Got a problem with the board staff? This is where you take it if you want to rough us up. Another board member? Here as well. Did Eternal Wrath do you up the ass? Come here and verbally fuck them over in reciprocation. And etc.

Angst, Gripes, Flames, "Fuck Yous", anything aggressive belongs here.
