Since 95% of the posts here are gonna get moved to the sandbox ...
Why not delete this forum (since its not necessary, obviously), and rename Sandbox to Nearly Anything Goes?

If you'd take a moment and actually see where the moved threads wind up...
... you'd find that most didn't go to the sandbox.

If ya'll would spend the extra second to inform us maybe. Just typing (moved) instead of (moved sandbox) (moved General) (moved uranus)
That would help the people like me that won't spend the extra few minutes hunting down posts. ;)

After you click on the moved link, you'll see the real forum it's in above. Then, you can get to it from there in the future if you wanted to go straight to it.
We can't control what's in the (moved) text. That's just a yes/no option to leave the shadow topic.

What you're seeing is the automated shadow-topic function, trikki. We're not typing the (moved).
If you click on the (moved) post however you'll automatically be transferred to the new location, so up in the left corner where the path is, like right now it says

One more question. Ya guys moved this
Me cursing out Phelonious (http://p196.ezboard.com/fayonaerofrm1.showMessageRange?topicID=5633.topic&start=61&stop=70)
to the General section. General = no bad words still? Or have the rules lightened up a bit? Think that link has all kinds of flavorful language in it.

Tell you the truth, I missed that post of yours Trikki.
We're still trying to work out what to do with General precisely, but we're going to loosen the restraints some on it no matter what we do regarding language. Naturally, the more... "colorful"... choices of rhetorics won't be allowed, but people shouldn't have to feel they need to be little white lambs just because they're in there. We want people to not feel constricted wherever they go on the boards even if they can't completely go all-out everywhere.

Figure it out guys, The mods are sick of having a unmoderated forum. Any reason to move a thread from NAG will be used.

Completely unmoderated, for your amusement.

But why replace NAG with the sandbox? It makes no sense.

And what happened to my title?

Also, for your title, try logging in properly (if you arent) or log out and log back in, and it should fix it.

>Angst, Gripes, Flames, "Fuck Yous", anything aggressive belongs here.
the problem i see there is, why not just post it in the sand box? get away with more, keeping the general hate viewing to one section
since the sandbox can have anything posted in it, what is to keep everything from going there

On the new boards, we'll be able to split off anything that doesn't belong on the main NAG threads. So, if for some odd reason a "EW stole my Lord Crush" flame turned into "hey d00d, PM me", we could split off that stuff to Sandbox and keep the NAG on track.
So, there's no reason to put non-Sandbox material in Sandbox. That's like asking why not to put things in general instead of RL:NAG since you can get away with more language in RL.
