The whole thing is pretty ridiculous. I sold a domain name for about $50 a year ago and it claims it would be worth $4214. You wouldn't believe how diffiicult it was to sell for $50, heh.

I think that measure of value isn't necessarily referring to how much it is worth, but more base on the traffic it gets, which could lead to potential revenues. I honestly have no idea though, it seems pretty screwy.
