Maybe you've got it wrong (big fucking duh there). I was pointing out the posters in that thread were pussies, then asked about what would happen if he DID defend himself. The good news.. he'd be able to. The bad news.. he'd be tossed into the "Sandbox" for doing it. We've all seen crying to the mods about overmodding before. Why don't you just accept that this board has reasonable rules, and stop posting on the topic? You're not going to change anything.
