If your going to make a sig rule that says no animations then make it. Otherwise just say that it was too big.


Regarding signatures
Since this is a EverQuest board, you ought to have a username or signature that show the name of your main ingame character. This is not required, but highly encouraged. However, if you do make a signature, it is required to be within certain limitations. Signatures must not be:
* Higher than 150 pixels
* Wider than 450 pixels
* Larger than 50 kilobyte (this includes personal icon).

I wouldn't discourage flash sigs, long as they're under size limits. You have to be a supporter to use them as an autosig, and that means that the person's page views are free.
