That was just freaky but I swear I think I have seen his brother or cousin or something before. I was in Morroco around 2000-2001 at a shopping area in Casa Blanca and I saw a guy with a similiar affliction only it was his feet and hands. They were HUGE!!!! It was totally creepy but I think this is worse. That just seems....wow....that would suck.
