Indeed, Al Gore has a future in comedy. Watch out Colbert.

But Al Gore did win in 2000. Evil Bush and Cheney stole the election, don't you guys remember?

Given the current president's tragi-comedic leanings, Gore would be well at home in the White House. Either way, was a good skit.

You know, if he had displayed that much personality (err less smugness) in 2000, he would have won.

/agree Akipt. That was his biggest failing, coming off as a cardboard figurehead.

Very possibly the case. At the very least, I'd prefer him to Hillary and Kerry and think he has a better shot than either if he seeks the nomination.

I'm in agreement I don't think I can back either of those two *shudder*

I'd rather have Gore than either of those two..../shudder
Hell I voted for him in 2000, tho I'm glad he didn't make it. I also question his stability or even his own self image.

Heh, that was pretty good. (Apparently this wasn't the first time he had hosted SNL either.)
I still prefer his Futurama performances though. :P

Stephen Hawking: "Great. The entire universe was destroyed."
Fry: "Destroyed? Then where are we now?"
Al Gore: "I don't know. But I can darn well tell you where we're not: The universe!"
Nichelle Nichols: *sigh* "Eternity with nerds. It's the Pasadena Star Trek convention all over again."
Gary Gygax: "Anyone wanna play Dungeons & Dragons for the next quadrillion years?"
Nichelle Nichols: "Sure, I guess"
Stephen Hawking: "Yes, please."
Deep Blue: "Pawn to rook A."
Al Gore: "I'm a tenth level vice president!"
