If you were god for a day, and could pick any city to be destroyed in a natural disaster which would it be and why?

I would choose Detroit. I think that a natural disaster of biblical proportions would actually be good for that city. It might even solve some of the urban decay issues that they are currently struggling with. I'm not really much of a pistons fan either...

Paris, just because it would piss off the French.

It would serve to refocus the Chinese for a while, as well as take away the North Korean's hand-holder for a bit.
