I'm out. Nothing dramatic. I've let my EQ account expire with no intention of renewing it in the near future. I've had some good times with most all of you and will remember them fondly(or not) on a dvd full of images and logs.

We'll see what WoW has in store over on Elune.

hahaha yea because it was definitely the people who logged on and advanced their characters beyond just raids and logged on for raids and talked about strats to figure out what we were doing and stayed up until 4am working on new encounters that brought EW down.

Not the people who drove those people away by being annoying and giving up and whining and wanting to go back to old easy content any time it got too hard.

A lot of peeps still have the EQ mentality of "Gotta level up, gotta gear up.....ding!....start an alt....gotta level up, gotta gear up...". I'm working towards when battlegrounds comes in, then it'll be a steady PvP fest.

I just hope they create something to keep the battlegrounds populations in check. There's nothing worse than getting stomped by a bunch of gnomes being played by 12 year olds dancing on your corpse and you can't say a single thing to them!!!
