The biggest part of this story in my opinion is the part that only got one tiny part in the whole story.

The court agreed with Saberi's lawyers that Iran is not at war with the United States -- and that therefore Saberi cannot be punished for cooperating with agents of a nation at war with Iran, according to Saberi's spokesman Abdolsamad Khorramshahi.

Yeah, let's give them a medal for realising the freakin' obvious.

Hey I don't blame them for the way they were thinking... Axis of Evil, Iraq war assistance and supporting a dictator ruling your country ring a bell?

I am just happy to see that Obama's approach is working. As slowly as it is working, this is a sign. Iran no longer considers it is at war with the United States...

All I can say is Yay!

I imagine her love of Iran may not change, but her tolerance of their system probably has.

'Hey I don't blame them for the way they were thinking... '

- Jedd, I can safely say that's not surprising.

I am extremely happy to hear of her appeal being handled in what I can only say is a just manner.

Welcome home, hon!

Iran, fortunately, has done the right thing. They're still pretty crazy, but at least they're not crazy enough to piss off the entire world.
