My mother used to manage apartment complexes in the San Diego area, and she had a load of immigrants (Lebanese, Indian, some European, etc.) living there due to jobs in the area. She said Bank of America was who most did their business with because of how Bank of America targetted them and had all kinds of offers all the time. But, every month when rent checks were coming in, she would have to spend days with these folks and Bank of America straightening out accounts, because Bank of America was consistently screwing up these immigrants' accounts.

Nobody in my family will have anything to do with Bank of America.
