Every now and then while delivering the mail, something will catch the eye, and give enough of a chuckle to make all the papercuts, dog bites, and supervisors worth putting up with.
Today, it was the cover of the New Yorker. The picture showed Cheney kicked back in the easy chair with his paper, the floor around him littered with beer cans, and George W standing there in an apron holding a feather duster and looking perplexed.
Each time I came to a customer's mail that was receiving one, I chuckled again, and I realized Bush and Cheney really do remind me of Archie and Edith Bunker; Bush when in touch with his *compassionate conservative* side can be sensitive to other needs than his own, I believe. And it is not that hard to visualize Cheney calling Dubya a *Dingbat*!
