I am going to give you some advice which may sound sarcastic, but is quite sincere. You are continuing to make yourself a target by continuously whining about how people are persecuting you for your 'mistake' (whether it was, or wasn't, a mistake is immaterial at this point). Stop posting, stop trying to 'defend' yourself, wait for it to blow over, and try to generate some *good* karma in the meantime (but don't expect people to ever completely forget the incident). Continuing to thrash about spastically every time someone mentions that thing in your 'past' is like wearing a sign on your back that says 'kick me' and then crying when someone does...

Yeah, not sure what you meant by that post in the bazaar about the BP you wanted to mq. I had 20k in cash before you even mentioned the other person offering his 40k and items to raise your faction. You said he didnt know you needed faction? What is this, after telling me he was going to give the items to raise your faction. I specifically told you i had the cash before you attempted to back out of the deal. All the cash, every coin and then some.

Perhaps you suffer from a poor memory and meant no harm. It is your item to sell as you wish, i dont care about that. I just knew after that dealing with you that I wouldnt trust you to buy any sort of MQ involving faith that youd uphold your end of the bargain.

It was the principle not the loot. Just making sure you werent trying to be deceitful for whatever reason, and if you were, I want to make sure someone didnt actually get burned for it. Best of luck to you in life and in game. Enjoy yourself and keep in mind your words and actions will be remembered. The good ones are nice, but bad ones seem to linger much longer.

Here's the deal, The cleric is my GFs on a seperate account. She has a crappy BP she's wearing atm but you quite playing the cleric and started a chanter... so... This BP would kinda go to waist if I finished the quest with her cleric... Reason being I wished to sell it. Until just last week when I made ally CoV with my ranger I wasn't aware of how long it took to gain faction lvls.. hence me auctioning it thinking no biggy go out kill a few things boom bang done deal, my bad. I've been working a ton trying to get her faction (using cleric my pal and a friends shaman in kael killing ent mobs).

So.. BP is back on the market ready to go, you have first bibs because of the confusion etc etc. I do wish to stress that I am a trust worthy person, but.. don't take it from me... ask my friend who lets me play his char all the time. (I would consider that some trust, and no he's not a RL friend, just one met in game). I'm not out to get people, unlike what these boards are showing... truely.. I prefer to help and give than take! in RL, everyone knows it makes you feel good when you helped your granny nieghbor carry in her groceries etc etc. you go to bed feeling good about yourself.

Okay, this gives me the whole overview right now: Young person, maybe 11-13, not in good educational status. Knows what they are doing is wrong, does it anyway... Why? I did hope GMs wouldn't investigate it and I did keep it on my coursor knowning that a GM inventory sweep wouldn't see the item, the only way they could tell is if they logged on my char. Knowing I could have stayed on my char and make myself less obvious I did actually have to log because the the GF. Did I know it was the ST key..? Naw... not exactly... I knew that off some dragon in the zone an ST dropped but didn't know what that item/ key was until I looked up the neck peice. Have I been on a dragon raid before? Lol duah, I've lead my own raids many of times and been on a few TOV raids...

Dispite my better half telling me not to, it was rather a spur of the moment thing. My intensions when I left the raid were to simply log... I ran off in the dirrection of the nearest wall just kinda clickin around with the mouse, happen to right click on the dragon corpse... woah... umm.. hmm... I think the reason why for some reason or another I thought I could get away with it is because whoever looted all the items left the neck item and pants on the corpse everything else was looted. I realized I could loot the neck item and the corpse wouldn't poof... Essentially what happend was the steak was put right on my lips.. all I had to do it open wide. So some degree I beleive many of you can reason with this, however thinking that it still wasn't right.

Is this the first time something like this has happend? Yeah, I've been in the friggen 50s forever... I'd like to build my ranger to tank better than most other tanks out there... (it's just what I want to do and no I don't want to just go play a warrior) I'm currently to the point that 9 of 10 LDON groups I've been on I've tanked. But I've been wanting to get into a large guild to get the good stuff since I was lvl 30. "You're too low, etc etc" I'm a horriable person for accepting what I should. I don't settle well. So always in the back of my mind until I get into that large guild I have this greed desire to get what I cannot.

I guess.. you can trust me when I see how my actions would hinder that person. Meaning.. if you had 900k in the bank and somehow I knew and you were being a punk to me and somehow I had 50 plat of yours.. I'd be less likely to give it back. I knew yas were very broke and still were being a punk to me I'd be much more likely to give it back.. It's the robbin hood effect, because rather you beleive me or not that 50 plat plus some would go to the next person I donated to for buffs etc.

You know, way back when this thread started, I just looked at the premise: a complaint about a ninja-looting ranger named 'Spiriter'... and chuckled. Reading that chutzpah-soaked 'confession' just confirmed my original assumption: that the character in question, and the player, was in it from the get-go to see what he could get away with. Just curious, how much other crap/plat/flags/whatever have you 'spirited away' over the last 50 odd levels, Spiriter? Care to brag about any of your other exploits, situations where you laughed as you scampered off and left the rubes you'd cheated wondering what had happened?

Not that EQ is exactly a 'career', but you can write off getting any work in this town from here on out, as it were... Don't underestimate the willingness of some of the more anal-retentive folks on this server to track your every move, that of your alts, etc...

By the way, I don't mean this as a slam against Riders of Dragon's Wright, but the most heinous incident that our little guild ever had involving another individual involved one of their members last year. An ogre SK in that guild by the lovely name of 'Beegur Neegur' (yeah, we petitioned it ;) ) thought it would be fun to agro all of Mistmoore, come in invis and ask our shaman for a shrink, shadowstep out, and bring the the entire place on us...

He then stood at the zone and bragged about it (and threatened to duel us, woo!) as we started to CR, and casually mentioned that he had been banned from another server the week before (but thanks to friends was already L 41 here ;) ). I hope that their guild QC has improved since then, but this incident doesn't throw a positive light on it, needless to say.

Btw, I brought up the above incident not to throw heat on the current GL of Riders of Dragon's Wright, whom I do not know, but primarily to illustrate that people *do* retain memories of such things for a long time :) .

Secound, have you ever heard of dislexia? It's that case where people of all intelligences read, see, write and other things backwards upside down etc etc. It varries on the person. As I stated before it has nothing to do with intelligence or age. Age simply gives them more time to work on thier difficult task.

Third, consider this, I had a friend back in high school that was harder then heck to understand what he was saying. Every word was a sler with a studder. But not for an instant did I challange his intelligence. When I would talk to him via email his english was emaculant. Someone who didn't know him in person would never have know his difficulties in speaking. My point stated again, intelligence has nothing to do with communication skills.

I myself don't know what it's called but my strengths are in mathematics, physics, physology, and public speaking. When I come to these boards you surely couldn't tell that because of my poor typing communication skills.

The real world fact is people like me need other people who excell in english through lititure to portray our ideas. It's that balance that's created.

I am very disappointed.

1) You lied. Either you lied when you said you ninja'd by accident, or you lied when you said you lied when you said you ninja'd by accident.

2) You stole. You looted a corpse that did not belong to you, a dragon that was dead as the result of a focused and intensive effort by a group of people who had graciously allowed you to accompany them.

It's one thing to see an apparently abandoned corpse lying on the ground with 3 minutes left on the body and looting it. It's another thing to accompany a group on a targeted effort, and steal from them as they decide what to do with the loot.

I am disappointed because I hope and expect better behavior from someone wearing the same guild tag that I do. You earlier stated you removed yourself (or will remove yourself) from Riders of Dragon's Wright. I hate to say this, but I hope you do so quickly, if you haven't done it already.

I was one of the initial 10 people involved in the founding of RoDW over a year ago. The guild fragmented for various reasons, but is now being rebuilt.

I was not then, and am not now an officer so this is my OWN personal opinion. I strongly believe RoDW needs honest, considerate, trustworthy, loyal members to succeed. I regret to say you have shown yourself lacking in that regard.

Unfortunately, in 1970 this disorder was not widely recognized, and he was misdiagnosed and and kept in 'special ed' for *six* years despite having a tested I.Q., when the error was finally discovered, of 156. By then, he had taken it upon himself to see after his own education, and was reading Isaac Asimov, albeit very slowly.

Despite this hindrance to his written communication skills, he found the time to type out a legible reply to you, and despite the fact that he sometimes posts barely legible comments on various topics on this board, people haven't made him a 'target of ridicule' (except, perhaps, for his appaling taste in armor ;) ). I wonder why that could be?
