After a little research this law is from 2002, and even if "playing snake on your cellphone" is illegal in Greece, law is mostly applied to cybercafes now.
And apparently last year EU court asked Greece to review this law because it being unconstitionnal, my research didn't give any news if they finally did.

Now when you state that because you can't be sure if it's gambling or gaming, you are banning games... Like I read on an article about this, it's like banning cars because you can't prevent road accidents. :rolleyes:

There was a whole story arc of CAD about a similar situation where games among other things are banned because they're unhealthy or something. It was pretty funny.
