Grrr, we just rushed to get our house ready to sell to meet the November deadline, expecting a slight surge in buyers. And we've lived here four years, we won't qualify for the other credit. Stupid senate.

In all seriousness - I'm not quite sure how encouraging people to buy homes helps the situation. Wasn't helping unqualified people buy homes they couldn't pay for what got us where we were a year ago?
