Can you say tax and spend?
I stopped counting at 88 billion in new spending(he doesn't say how much he wants to spend for half of the things he talks about)..but he says he wants to cut taxes..er no wait he wants to repeal tax cuts..no, he wants tax cuts.
He supports the war on terror..but wait no he doesn't he just wants to work on tightening security.
Yaay! Kerry got someone that can keep up flip flopping with him.

Yes, of course his tax cuts increased revenues by 13% while at the same time boosting the economy and creating jobs.
What do you think would happen if Edwards got his way and raised taxes and then doubled the spending Bush laid out?
Anyway, here we have a great, great thing: Someone who can go quote to quote with Bush's speaking! Well, sort of. Bush just can't speak well, Edwards is just..well..he speaks for himself.
This president is in a different place. He comes from a different place.
A truck. Probably a Ford or a Chevrolet. It's white and it's sitting in front of my house.

Yes, of course his tax cuts increased revenues by 13%
Mind backing that up? A quick look at IRS records show a drop in gross collections from 2001 ( 2.12 trillion ) to 2003 ( 1.95 trillion ).
The Federal Reserve has created more jobs than any Bush domestic policy ( btw, can anyone name one of these wonderful policies, besides the protectionist tariffs for the steel industry ). Notice how the growth numbers dropped in June on just the thought that interest rates were going to rise?
War is usually the quickest way out of a recession. This president handles the economy so badly a war is barely keeping the economy afloat.

Revenues will total $2.04 trillion, a sizable 13.2 percent increase
From the cbs article Ailwon linked attacking Bush, thanks.

The rest of the sentence Cristo quotes:
Revenues will total $2.04 trillion, a sizable 13.2 percent increase that the administration forecasts will occur from growing tax receipts powered by a stronger economy.
Nice try Cristo....administrative hopes don't count as facts.

Christ0, do you work for Fox news, or a movie producer/advertiser?
Advertiser: Outstanding, Amazing!, Fast paced, furious action...
Critics:
That movie was outstandingly boring.
Amazing that this movie was ever made.
The fast paced people running for the exit was the only furious action in this film...
Thank you Ailwon for getting the rest of that scentence, but I think the easiest thing to do would be pointing out the word "will" in that scentence. Doesn't take a genious to figure out that this is a prediction, but it does take somebody with common sense...
What do you think would happen if Edwards got his way and raised taxes and then doubled the spending Bush laid out?If you like bush's spending check out this article and be sure to open the excel file: http://slate.msn.com/id/2095237/

Subtlety is often lost on you, Cristo, and apperently you missed the tone in that article that a 13% increase ( projected! ) in revenue isn't exactly likely. I'll grant you the writing was a little one sided.
But, your administration's own projection is lower than the
actual amount of revenue taken in during 2001, as I pulled those numbers from the IRS. A 13% increase won't even get us back to where we were 3 years ago.

Christ0, do you work for Fox news, or a movie producer/advertiser?
First off, get the name right.
Now then, I'd like to thank you for complimenting me by putting me among the ranks of people like Geraldine Ferraro, Oliver North, Geraldo Rivera, Bill O'Reilly, Shawn Hannity, Brit Hume, Alan Colmes..well the list goes on and on.
As for movie producer..hell, I'm a conservative!
I take the 5th on advertiser(Goldfishes are so Delicious!).
I'll grant you the writing was a little one sided.
And the golden gate is a small bridge.

Wow i feel sorry for ya crisc0. Maybe one day you'll realize Geraldo Rivera is a failed talk show host who got kicked out of Iraq for uhhh information... Yeah I could see you in those ranks.
You're welcome.

trakeen i'm with you crist0 is obviously delusional. Being from micronesia gives me a great perspective on this whole thing. It all comes down to the hard numbers. The Bush economy sucks. 'nuff said. Oh and i'm proud to be a "liberal commie bastard" crist0.

Yeah great the tax cut. Nevermind that the schools are dangerously underfunded, and crime has been on the rise since he took office. You enjoy your money while the inner schools suffer. The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer. It's going to just further the growing angst, and push us closer to the class wars.

And in case anyone actually thinks Kerry is going to spend LESS...
http://www.washtimes.com/national/20040712-121948-6467r.htm
btw, can anyone name one of these wonderful policies, besides the protectionist tariffs for the steel industry
Tax cuts, fewer government regulations and all around less intrusiveness is a policy.
Steel tariffs only lasted a year or so, get over it. American Steel and other steel companies in the US are having their best years thanks to the highest level of exports to Asia ever.
