I wonder if this is like eqmail.com or w/e where they try and see if people are dumb enough to use their station login name/pw as the sites info.

They just sell your email to the spammers so you get to find out about penile/breast enlargement and what Victoria does after hours with her girlfriends.

As long as it's a free service, I don't see a problem with it.
Watch the language in general, Buyza.

(f) material which does not pertain directly to the subject matter of the particular forum.
Taken directly from your rules.
How many chances does Buyza get? I thought flamebaiting wasnt allowed here either? Glad to see the admins have brought their same spineless jellyfish tactics to dealing with people like Buyza here to the new forums.

I think those rules are more of a boiler plate legal disclaimer that Ryb needed to put up to cover himself legally, running the server (e.g. we didn't talk about them before he posted them, and they don't really reflect any ruleset the admins/mods came up with). Either way, I'm not banning someone for posting in the wrong forum. That would be overly anal, even for me, even regarding Buyza.
I was about to split parts of this off to the sandbox before you even posted, which is that we've been doing all along. In the future, if you'd like faster action taken on a certain thread or post, use the "Report Bad Post" feature. Quite often, I act on requests/recommendations that members send us through that function. I'm certainly going to be more responsive to constructive input than I will be to insults.
You post isn't much less of a flame baiting than Buyza's is. Should I just ban you both?

I concur with Sanchek. Although I am not directly involved with the moderations here, I will clarify the Acceptable Use Policy.
Ayonae.Ro reserves the right to monitor the forums to determine compliance with these Terms and Conditions, as well the right to remove or refuse to post any posting... - Section 3
If you are aware of a potential violation of this Policy, please direct the information to webmaster@ayonae.ro. Ayonae Ro will investigate potential violations carefully before taking action. All complaints will be actively investigated, and enforcement action will be taken as appropriate. A variety of factors, including the severity of the abuse and the history of the account involved, will be taken into account in determining the appropriate enforcement action, which may include (a) the issuance of written or verbal warnings; (b) the suspension or termination of the ability to participate in forums; or (c) any other reasonable and appropriate measures necessary to enforce to Policy. Sanctions may vary. - Section 4
Thanks for reminding me. I'll revise the AUP to include the Report Post function since it is more effective to enforcing the AUP. And yes, the AUP is more of a legal disclaimer. We don't want to be liable if any EverQuest account transactions take place on these forums. I will be locking this thread since I believe Sanchek and I don't need to be insulted any further.

Moving this to the Sandbox, or to the Ayonae Ro Dump Forum.
