So, I watched Season 1 then missed a lot and thought I could never get caught up. Apparently last night they had a 1 hour catchup episode, is this enough info to get someone back into it if I were to watch that online?

I'd watch them all. There are a lot of interesting details you'd never notice with just a superficial review. Especially all the connections between people/places in the flashbacks (which is probably going to be even more important this season).

Oh man I envy you. I would watch it all from the beginning and enjoy the ride .... may want to up your netflix subscription now .... you will be locked in your house for the whole weekend :)

I never actually watched Season 1. I came in at season 2 and watch the catch-up episode prior to that, which at the time was enough. Still, there were details from season 1 that I didn't learn until way down the road.

There is just not enough time in a 1 hr catch up to cover everything they would need to to really get you caught up. You need to watch it from the beginning at this point.

Well, there is one good reason why you should just pick up from this point... and thats so you wont be so pissed when none of your questions about seasons 1-4 get answered by the writers, lol.

Im so addicted to this show, its ridiculous. However season one was still by far the best, to me. I did really enjoy the season premier the other night tho. Im looking forward to the rest of this season.
