Yes, and think of all the creative "Festive Holiday Shanks" she could help her fellow inmates create. Wonder if she'll get kitchen duty too.

She hasn't been sentenced yet. It's not all that certain she'll make the pen.
The irony was great this afternoon though. She saved herself about $50k by selling the ImClone early, but after the verdict, her own company's stock dropped sharply. In the hour and a half they let it continue trading, she lost right at $100 million ,on paper.

Good. Greedy bitch.
I doubt she will see any time. This is AMERICA where the rich and famous are just plain better than anyone else.
I saw OJ at the golf course once. My friend yelled "murderer!". Pretty good thing there was a chain link fence between us, or he would have chopped us up good.

She was convicted of a federal felony. They have certain restrictions that the states don't have. They have a guide line they have to follow. She WILL be doing time. Personally I think 2 years but I'm sure it will only be 12 months.

I don't think you followed the OJ case very well if you think there wasn't overwhelming evidence against him. The difference would be that in OJ's case there was jury nullification.

I watched the OJ case day in and day out. I was in college at the the time and woke up about the time everything got rolling..LOL OJ, I think, killed her but the LA DA screwed up the case so bad he got off.

I think this is just sad... yes she messed up and all. But come on, prison? With all the murderers, rapists and what not that manage to slip through the cracks, and THIS is who they're gonna crack the whip on? /boggle
She's such a threat to the rest of us... /sigh

Yeah, that's some fucked up shit right there.
How dare they punish someone for breaking the law? Jesus, not like it's there for any real reason.
Just out of curiousity, who do you think affects more lives, someone who murders a single person...or someone involved in illegal financing...think about it...think hard...here's a little something to help you gain a little more insight.. enron employees .

you guys are fucken idiots if you dont think she belongs in prison. Your impression of her is her "image", say it with me. A perception, or facade she puts up so you poor saps like her. I know someone who has worked with her on her show and has told me she was a psycho neurotic bitch (even before all this controversy). She has a gimmick and you idiots fall for it...
prison is the only way these CEOs will learn not to fuck with their companies and treat all the stock holders fairly. The Tyco heads need to be put in a federal-pound-me-in-the-ass-prison immediately as well
