1.) People donated to keep the board afloat you are basically stealing their money if you shut it down.
2.) If you dont like it leave, dont shut it down.
3.) Add rules, but be consistant, list out these bannable offenses.

LOL..Chenoa's error was arena kills, not lack of integrity in game. I never ninja looted, never ks'd. What I did was kill big e-peened guys in an arena and they couldn't handle it. But that's what happens when you're a bard and limit your space to run and heal. The same reason why I dueled Monks in a zone and not in an arena.

Palimax on the other hand thought he and his guild deserved to loot key items from mobs that they didn't kill, and when they were told no they just looted them anyway and whined about it every place they went. He was also infamous for making deals and then breaking them.

They weren't competetive, they were just thieves.

No I don't host that site, I sold that business for 300k about 6 months ago so I don't have it anymore. Wasn't bad for a site that was up two years...but the profits were awesome...retail at around 60%.

I'll host it on one of our dedicated machines one of the server admins can deal with the install, probably the one with our test domains on them.

So agreed...give up the domain and we can get back to normal and have the forum run itself and go which ever way it goes all on its own.

I very much think it is a case of Sanchek having become too undermined now by his own actions - and the community's reaction.

We need fresh leadership at the top. Someone who's willing to reinvigorate things - or hell just look positive - instead of being counter-productive or openly hostile. San's already abandoned the boat before it's sunk.

We use 'saucy' a bit differently here in the States, it refers to being slightly contrary or 'uppity' (in a somewhat flirtatious or sly way, and almost always used in reference to female behavior); it might more closely correspond to 'sassy' or 'cheeky' over there...

'Horny' here specifically refers to being lustful (and usually has somewhat crude connotations), as opposed to, hm, saucy; I don't know if we have a good specifically male equivalent for what you guys mean by 'horny' over there, which if I understand correctly is kind of jaunty and 'on', or cheeky, in that prideful 'young lion' kind of way...
