Being a patch day, it's unlikely you would see a lot of us "running around", unless we're running from target to target.

Some people only log on for raids and don't stick around afterwards, either. Hang out around the Tactics zone in or the Time entrance in Tranquility, and you should see a fair number of people though, especially if encounters go badly ;).

Mixed to be honest. There are a few good ones, but most of the time you don't get much response. =/ I have always had good luck, but then I have rarely needed a GM.

I wonder though, will we get some of your GMs since we are merging?

I've had pretty good luck with the GMs on Trib if you get one that speaks english. j/k They've all been fair when I've petitoned and excalated the petition when it was needed.

I will be on tomorrow night looking for ya'll. I'm really a nice easy going guy. The flame posts are just for fun and being bored at work, nothing personal really.

So send me a tell if you want to get to know the real me. I won't be raiding so it'll be hit or miss if I'm on actually playing or just sitting somewhere being big an blue. :D

I won't be using the "server" subtitle because I hated that stuff in EQ2 and it's just going to add more lag to some of the more crowded zones.

The server suffixes will add lag? /shown 1 for the win!

I doubt you'd notice any additional framerate hits from the suffix titles, they just make your name a slightly larger texture to render. The real problems with the titles are:
1) They make people's names longer, which will make it even harder to tell what's going on when there's a bunch of people gathered together (which is why I use /shown 1 on raids.)
2) They can make the client show your name in really really small text. While this somewhat mitigates the first problem, it creates the additional problem that your name suddenly becomes harder to read.

They're on the Endangered Species List. Mostly, they run server events that very few care about, as opposed to customer service, which most care about.. .

I was under the impression that GMs are now sort of "free-floating" in that they are not assigned to a particular server any more and just grab whatever tickets come up. I'm pretty sure Guides are specific though.

Speaking of GMs, what ever happened to Brioma? She was one of the better GMs back in the day.

Brioma got moved to another EQ server and was then last seen on the EQ2 message boards. She probably either got canned, or got moved to another project in Sony.

I still play, though not as much lately, been having fun on the little alts

Hey Laorne! Good luck with your server merge. If the server you guys are merging with has people as pathetic as some of the people we have to merge with. I feel sorry for you.

I don't suspect it will be any diff when our server merges to what it was like when I first moved to Veeshan. I know my guild mainly that's it and most likely that is how it will be whent he server merges other than the folks you may randomly group with. And besides a little friendly competition never hurt anyone. Once our server merge goes through Cestus Dei and Township Rebellion will be on the same server. Fun times and lots of geared people to group with is how i look at it.

Every server is bound to have some tards its just all in how serious you take it :P I am sure your merge will be fine <3

Brioma was one of the best ones post-Luclin. Hideaki was awesome too, longer ago.

The only time I saw Brioma on EQ2 was when she posted about the broken Heritage titles. Go, go, "Ayonae Roe"! (Caviar, anyone?)

I miss brioma :( she rocked stealth name changes , giving me gnome sandmiches and beer, and booting me out of a raid cause i was making fun of her .

I remember she rezzed an XA raid in Sseru when we wiped due to a bug.

I remember when she took the surname Dipsy`Lala and told us not to take screenshots then made it protected or something for awhile so people couldn't type /surname Dipsy`Lala it was awesome

I do believe it was the public notes. Which is devastating for our guild. =/ Our public notes marked people's alts, had their flagging information, and was basically a bible to us. =/

Good first day on Trib for me, logged in to my favorite tree in Gfay the way I did on AyRo Day 1, was gonna chat for a bit and head to bed but we had a nice invite to join in on a Fennin kill and saw him dead under an hour or so. Was a blast, got some folks who missed our sol Ro fights into fire and got a good look at how to do Fennin flawlessly. If every day is half as successful it will be a good ride.
