Honestly, what does that do? We are never going to leave. The whole hand over thing wasnt of much value yet and will take years and years of support from us. The the Koran describes a Beheading. But if you read the verse in context It does not apply to whats going on here.

When a Muslim kills a man for his crimes he is REQUIRED to pray for forgiveness from god for taking the life. He is also REQUIRED to pray for god to forgive the condemened.
