The full response is great. I can't stand legalese, but found myself reading the whole thing.
I wonder what their response will be.

Meh, Monster Cables are incredibly overpriced for what they are, and for what most people need anyway. Their marketing is geared towards convincing consumers that they actually need a certain quality cable to use their equipment. I work in the audio/visual field, and I understand full well that cable quality makes a difference, but the average consumer cannot distinguish the difference between a $15 cable and one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2104300697+50001050+4027&Configurator=&Subcategory=697&description=&Ntk=&srchInDesc=.
More power to this guy.
