Sadly not a whole lot new there, and the truly insidious profiteering isn't from the KBRs charging millions for work they never do, but the international trusts that bought the majority of Iraqi capital infrastructure as soon as the provisional government got rid of the niggling pink-commie law that prevented it (to much protest in Iraq that was never reported on here).
