Rest assured the Ninjas will not put up with their insolence for much longer, and all global warming will resume as scheduled.

Just read a report on the upcoming "hudge" solar storms that are going to hit us in the next few years time. The reports claim they'll be 50% more powerful than the ones that hit us in the 90's. My question is , for you scientifically inclined, what if any effect will this have on our current global warming situation?
Also read in a new report how the icepacks are melting faster than the interior snows can replenish them...
ugh, move outta the coastal areas immediately!!!

Anyone considering buying real estate in Nebraska? Might be a good investment.

It shouldn't warm things up, but Communications will be effected, along with some electrical power grids might expeience unterruptions in service.
I know there was a blackout in Canada during the last thime the Sun did this sort of thing.
Canadiens don't like thier beer warm, eh?

I'm planning on a little beachfront property there, myself.
Solar storms do impact communication, but an increase in both strength and quantity of storms could have longer term implications. Much of that depends on the state of our atmosphere, which deflects the worst of the solar wind.
On second thought, I hear there's a lot of open real estate on Mars.

Maybe the pirates are building a " laser " to punch a hole in the ozone layer unless there demands of one million dollars isnt met.
