Right click, save as. Place it in your EQ directory.

Run it at a command prompt. It defaults to ayonae -> tribunal copy.

Type
new_server FuManchu
and your character config data for ayonae gets copied to config data for tribunal.

new_server character_name [source_server] [dest_server]
new_server --test character_name [source_server] [dest_server]

where [option] means the option is optional. Optionriffic!

Ok, I'm not at home, and I know some of the short server names are wrong, but it *should* be working for our server now, at a minimum.

It only copies files, doesn't delete anything, so you should be able to test it out.
