Im looking for a specific type of music but dont exactly know what to call it. I am looking for music i can use for when I raid and such. I dont want to listen tohip hop or heavy metal, I just want kinda like Beat music.. like music in Ocean's Twelve when he dances around the lights.. or the music you usualy hear when some guy is fighting a big battle scene by himself.. I want a good beat to raid to i guess... Any ideas?

The Pulp Fiction soundtrack is kinda trippy to raid to lol. The Road to Perdition Soundtrack is kinda cool too.

Try giving anything from The Crystal Method (electronica) or Paul Oakenfold (trance) a try?

Go snag a copy of Tweekend by TCM awesome CD and is pretty much what you're looking for.

Personally I jam to heavy metal when raiding. I am afterall an SK and I'm beating my blade against mobs so it kinda fits. Standing back casting nukes I'd probably be listening to Larence Welk or something :p maybe some opera who knows. It wouldn't be what I listen to now during raids that's for sure.

LAWRENCE WELK????

Ahem... Loreena McKinnett...

Actually I enjoy all kinds of Celtic music when I'm playing, whether raiding or tradeskilling. When I'm playing my warrior... in a raid... it's GOT to be Wagner... Ride of the Valkyries (sp) or something similar.

I think I have ripped most of my CD collection to MP3 and I have half a doze different preset loads that I use.

George Fredric Handel is my favorite composer to listen to while playing EQ... But you probably weren't asking for classical music suggestions :)

In the classical vein, the soundtrack from Disney's Fantasia is not bad either.

BTW Saint, is it true about how George Handel'ed his Fredric?

It was almost as bad as when Amadeus Wolfganged his Mozart.. and right there in the middle of Vienna....
