*Was going to post this in elren thread, but really wanted to reach out and ask IVM personally

So EW has tuatha, yes that is fucked up. SoT has ardemus, yes that is fucked up. Landslide has....landslide. The thing is between all of those guilds fuck ups, there is nothing worse than IVMs with elren. Now I know these days it is hard to find people committed to playing full time, that is ok...to an extent. How do you accept the biggest moron, most ignorant, child abusing ranger to your guild AND keep him for so long after he has proven to be such a fuck up? I believe the current guild leader is valdaan? I am not blaming you for his actions, just curious as to how one can justify this. He flames his own guildmates (see below). As I am sure I will get many IVM people (or none) coming to tell me how he raids a lot and that is all that matters, I have made a grouping of all the PMs elren has sent me in the last 48 hours (he is obsessed with me, yes I know.) I am hoping I can get some real IVM answers just to help clear up my misunderstanding. Thanks in advance!

Not posting in NAG forums used to be a common sense issue with IVM rules, back when Fantor and Nephlite were running things. Essentially, if you posted something stupid, you got to endure an hour-plus tell-lashing by Nephlite the king of chat, and you learned not to be dumb about it. Then, they started letting members like Deecee, and Elren in. Leadership changed, times changed, now people don't get to post on NAG at all because even the officership can't tell the difference between posting needlessly inflammatory bullshit and just posting random stuff.

Man I wish I had the charisma and leadership to tell people where to post or not post on the Internet, and have them follow that rule.
