I've done my small part to try to mod people up who got off to a bad start on say, a Tribuanal Suxorz type thread; who later went on to participate in the other fourms. I admit, I'm quick to smack people for boneheaded stuff, but I give out a TON of positive reputation as well.

That, or we just don't post that often, so we don't build up much of a reputation at all.

How is Chenaho able to give you so many rep. messages in so short a time? I thought there was a time/post limit before you could comment on the same person again.

My understanding is that you have to give a certain number of rep hits (positive or negative) to other *people* before you can rep hit the same person again. So, if she's positive (or negative) bumping other people enough, then she can stalk him all she wants.

Since I give very little rep either way, the message I last recall seeing when I tried to give someone rep for a post I appreciated recently was: "You must spread some reputation around before you can give rep to XXX again", or something to that effect.
