I know FSU isn't the FSU of recent years, but 10.5 seems alot to give up to Bowden in a bowl.

We ARE Penn State!

Not the bowl game of choice, but after the past 4 years we'll take it.

JOE PA 4 da win!!

'Dats all there is it say. I don't think FSU has a chance.

Seriously though, this is one of the better teams that Penn State has fielded in quite a few years. I remember when they joined the BIG 10, and they were talking smack, saying how good they were and they were going to show the BIG 10 something. They got a bit of a rude awakening from OSU and Michigan initially, then they fell to the back of the pack. Nice to see Joe Pa back in the upper tier of the BIG 10.

& just last year they were calling for Jo Pa to step down. While I think PSU is better, I really don't see them being a 2 score favorite like this.

FSU has got to be the dirtiest team I have seen in a long time. All Booker has been doing all night is chop blocking people. He is gonna get it before the game is over, just watch. Someone is gonna pull his eyeball out.

Well, foolishly I took Penn with the spread. Was a fun game to watch, but I really was disappointed in the lack of calls on FSU for the dirty playing.

The two coaches showed a lot of class at the end of game interview.

Finally, in the third overtime, at 1 a.m. Wednesday

I'm glad they won but it was hard to watch early on and I'm glad I went to bed lol. FSU's return team was ripping PSU left and right in the first half. The field position they kept getting was unreal.

This many points in a bowl game, I should have known better ahh well.

Yeah, PSU didn't cover the spread, but FSU was playing outta their mind. It was a good game to watch. It was back and forth. While I think PSU is the better team FSU did a good job disrupting the rhythm of Robinson. In the process droping the quality of the PSU game which made it an interesting game to say the least.

There were some calls which should have been made, chop blocks suck, and some hits on the QB which could have been roughing the passer, but were close enough that the refs kept the hanky in their pockets.

I didn't like that Posluszny went down with the knee injury. There were a TON of injuries in that game.

yeah losing Hunt early on was a pisser but Scott got it done.

I tell you what though right at the end of that first half I was disgusted after the 2 quick TDs by FSU but Joe Pa is a marvel in that he milked that clock and PSU got the score before the end of the half. That was some damn good football, too bad I wussed out and went to bed :(
