Frig, thanks for catching it santachek and in Tal's defense, he did say if I made it a multi bet thing on a 2:1 he would do this.

My bad guys. Sorry, but a hectic holiday season and me with pnemonia has had me in a drug haze while trying to get the lines up. I just thought the BCS championship would be a good one for a "bet of the week" game and screwed up.

that's the single greatest singular performance i've ever seen, in any sport. Better than any single Jordan performance i've seen, any other football performance, anything. Vince Young was simply amazing tonight. They always emphasize how much of a team game football is and one guy beat what people had said was the greatest college team ever.

I do believe that was the best college football game I have ever seen.

while a shitty thing to say, i'll have to agree with leinart. They are a better "team" but Vince Young dominated the fuck out of them. The better team got beat by the best player. If the heisman was decided after this game, he'd have won it for sure.

I admit, that was a fabulous game. Couldn't ask for a better Bowl game....I thought the refs were handing the Trojans the game at first. But as it went on the UT'ers just came alive... great game.

Great game, with few obvious blown calls (the lateral after knee was down being one good example). I think Leinart was saying pretty much the same thing anyone would in his position after such a great game with so much build up to it.

Several others stood out for their performances along with the Heisman nominees/winners, and this game will be one of the classics folks will recall and make comparisons to down the road. And I agree that Vince would have won the award if this game's performance had been included.

Nice comment by Lienart, but if they were the better team they would have made the plays at the end. That being said it was a wonderful game to watch, wish I would have taped it to watch again. It will probably be one of ESPNs instant classics. Good game by both. I've not watched a whole Texas game before this one, Vince is one of the best I've seen ever watched at the college level. It looked like he could do what ever he wanted out there. I'm glad USC got knocked off the horse, they needed it. Gratz to Texas and the Big 12.
