What does NCIS stand for?
There's a "Kate" in a show I enjoy, and if they kill her in the finale, well...I didn't want to know that!

Naval Criminal Investigative services or something it's on Tuesdays on CBS
it was originally Navy NCIS but then they decided it was a little redundant

I saw it. I thought it would have been one of the less important characters and not one of the three major team members, like the FBI guy (Fornell?) or Palmer. Then again, there were hints that it might have been Kate that Ari was actually after. He said how is Katelyn doing, then she was mentioning something about how at any day of the week an NCIS agent could be killed, lah lah lah. Anyway. I did not like the ending, mainly because of how...gratitious her death was. Bleh.

What about this idea.... It was all a dream of Abby's prior to them going out there. And next season she wakes up and kate is still alive, and they are about to bust that guy.... Wrap your brain around that.

No kiddin. If they killed Kate in Lost, they'd probably lose a third of their viewers.

Sasha Alexander - Kate on NCIS - wanted off the show, so the writer/creator killed her off.
Sorry SC, no joy.

I read a rumor that the cast hadn't even known who was going to go until filming started on the episode
