About fucking time. Maybe Bud Selig isn't useless after all.

So many folks will be rolled out that maybe an old duffer like me can play for the Cubbies after all!!!!

They actually put in place a suspension that is MORE than the NFL's. I think it was a panic move to avoid legislation.

The uppers testing will be interesting though. Supposedly those are way abused nowdays in the league.
