I know I've promised these forever, but there will be a new download service available. Work is unfortunately forcing me to retire this machine soon, so 250GB will be allocated to the new Ayonae Ro. Moderators and admins will be able to upload torrent files and have them downloaded to the server. Files on the server will be rotated on a daily basis.

You will need a FTP client to access the new download services.

The new downloading system will be setup in this way:


You will login to the forums.
If you have enough posts and have been around for a while (2 months) you will be assigned a temporary username and password that will let you remain logged in for 24 hours on a FTP server.
You must download from the SAME IP address you use to connect to the forums, or log in to the FTP server within five minutes of being assigned a temporary username and password.
You cannot change IPs without the intervention of a moderator to prevent bandwidth abuse. You may use a different IP after your temporary username and password has expired.
There will be no bandwidth limitation imposed as long as users download a reasonable amount.
Abusive users will not be able to download for an indefinite period of time.
