I beat World of Warcraft. Cheers to me.

Basically, my character is now level 70, has all the enchanting recipes (except for the 3 raid ones), and is done all the solo and group quests. All thats left is raiding, and that only happens 4 nights a week. Yes, I could level an alt up - but I'd like to try something new.

In Everquest 2 I have a level 20 rat mage in Qeynos or the Qeynos Hills or something. Obviously I'd have to buy the new expansion and start paying for the monthly account stuff.

Vanguard is brand new so I'd be equal to most people.

It sounds like a large portion of the Ayonae ro community is playing 1 of these 3 games, and if I really liked Everquest (obviously) and really liked WoW ... what would I like more?

I'll admidt EQ2 frustrated me a lot with having to find groups for everything and not being the best class ever to get said groups (was a conjurer I believe). The defection from freeport for my rat was a pain in the ass because I had a level limit (10? 5? something) and no one to help me do the group kills - but eventually begged enough random people in OOC over the course of days and days to help.

I still picture WoW to be my raiding game, but I'm looking for something to kill countless hours as I just landed a huge contract which is gonna require minimal to no effort to maintain so I'll have a lot of free time. Help me! (and quickly, going to Best Buy tomorrow to get one or the other)

EQ2 pvp is quite busy and you can find groups at any level, but most of the time on all pvp servers Freeport side is the strongest side.

If you have the specs go with Vanguard. You can still come try it out if you want - it's pretty fun.

Yeah I think I'll go out and pick that up. What server are you on? I'll just get my own copy since every time I plan to head over to AU the plans get fucked up.

That said next weekend on Saturday night we're going out to Tom Toms in Adam's Morgan. The following weekend my friend Wes' band is playing at Iota for St. Patty's Day, but thats in Clarendon - a lil far for you. Adam's Morgan is just 4 stops on the red line.

EQ2 pvp on Venekor has a stronger Qeynos side. we also have a good exiled side too. getting cockblocked from a raid zone felt like being back on a-ro. couldn't zone anywhere without a 4x raid on 4x raid pvp fight. talk about your lag-fest :devil
