Ive been following the New Hampshire phone-jamming incident from the 04 elections. Not sure if anyone else has, but there is a good article about it on Bloomberg.

The interesting part is the "who paid the legal bills?" thing. Seems this could develop into something much bigger.

Nah, I'm sure the RNC has spent millions in legal bills because Tobin's a heckuva guy. I've also been following this one for awhile and suspect that the trail could lead well into the echelons of the GOP.
