Not exactly surprising when you have a feature film coming out (starring Robin Williams) about the craze the "fake news" aka The Daily Show has started.

Some interesting facts, the Daily Show has about 1.5 million viewers per night, the average being the 18 to 34 year old Male. During our last presidential election The Daily Show actually had more 18 to 34 year old Male viewers than Nightline, Meet the Press, Hannity & Colmes, and all of the evening news broadcasts - so says Wikipedia so take that with a grain of salt.

What about you? I read the papers and watch the evening news, but not a night goes by w/o watching The Daily Show and the Colbert Report ... though obviously I'm quite biased.

On an aside, to anyone who watched this evening:
With the recent addition of one of the very famous Dave Gormans (though all of them are famous in my book) I was shocked to learn that when it comes to the percentage of our citizens who believe in evolution despite the overwhelming scientific fact against it we're the 2nd highest country in the "civilized" world (in this study, Europe, Japan, and the US). Can that possibly be true? No wonder were getting our asses kicked around the world in education.
