This claim is wrong: Hawaii was admitted as the 50th state almost two years before Barack Obama's birth there (21 August 1959 for statehood vs. 4 August 1961 for Obama's birthdate).

A certification of live birth is not a birth certificate and the one he has posted has been shown to be a complete fraud.

He won't Cloud, he has an overwhelming need to be abused. He can no longer count on getting the TLC at home that he needs.

His parents ( who only wanted the best for their hudge Arnold) kicked him to the curb, this was shortly after some sort of hazing incident at his local Militant Cub Scout basic training unit. See he was a Drill Sgt who just couldn't keep his hands of the smaller Cub scouts.

So in a flurry of activity he was summarily dismissed. He's gone so far as to apply to join the Brownie Special Cookie Paratroopers but they won't have him either as he's not macho enough for thier mission requirements.

He'll keep on coming back, injecting his low brow ( witness his grammar and spelling ) opinions amongst those of us who can walk erect until the 2 braincells left in his head finally decide to distance themselves from his insanity.

Afraid I need to step up here and contest your comparison of Os and the fruitcake. Os has always been straightforward in his position, and although he has engaged in some pissing contests (as most of us have) he has never stooped to the childish antics of the fruitcake. I actually appreciate having someone from the one pole to counterbalance the one or two we have from the other extreme, seeing most of us have voiced more centrist positions more often than not.

I have no problem with Os maintaining his opinions and attitudes and tossing them out here for discussion, or escalated debate. But the fruitcake is simply here for attention, and has nothing to offer.

In an argument popular on the Internet and taken seriously practically nowhere else, Obama's critics argue he is ineligible to be president because he is not a "natural-born citizen" as the Constitution requires.
In response last summer, Obama's campaign posted his Hawaiian birth certificate on its Web site. But the lawsuit argues it is a fake and that Obama was actually born in his father's homeland of Kenya, even though Hawaiian officials have said the document is authentic.

"This case, if it were allowed to proceed, would deserve mention in one of those books that seek to prove that the law is foolish or that America has too many lawyers with not enough to do," U.S. District Judge James Robertson said in his written opinion.

The lawsuit didn't even use Obama's legal name but called him "Barry Soetoro," the name he went by while attending elementary school in Indonesia. It's one of many that has been filed claiming Obama is ineligible to serve as president.

Robertson ordered plaintiff's attorney John Hemenway of Colorado Springs, Colo., to show why he hasn't violated court rules barring frivolous and harassing cases and shouldn't have to pay Obama's attorney, Bob Bauer, for his time arguing that the case should be thrown out. Siewert recalled that his predecessor, Mike McCurry, sometimes deliberately called on a conservative radio host, Lester Kinsolving, just to undercut more mainstream criticism of the president.

Conservatives see that hazard.

The conservative talk show host Michael Medved recently referred to the movement's leaders as "crazy, nutburger, demagogue, money-hungry, exploitative, irresponsible, filthy conservative imposters" who are "the worst enemy of the conservative movement."

"It makes us look weird. It makes us look crazy. It makes us look demented. It makes us look sick, troubled, and not suitable for civilized company," he mourned.

One of the lead anti-Obama lawyers, Orly Taitz, a California dentist with a degree from an online law school, promptly threatened to sue Medved for defamation. Taitz, whose clients include soldiers challenging Obama's citizenship, has called on her blog's readers to "fight these communist Nazi thugs and hoodlums that took over our government," and told POLITICO that the wide refusal to take her case seriously is "totalitarian."
