Did not check the link, but thought I recognized the name. Wasn't there a young female entertainer some years back named Britney, or Brittany Spears?
She started out doing a schoolgirl seductive type persona, and then moved into a more trampy act as that Aguilera gal started putting up some competition. Think that was her.

The birth of a baby is a beautiful thing. Take my word for it, it's a bloody stinkin' mess. Twice I saw it and twice I nearly passed out from the gore.

The creator of the sculpture stated that it wasn't created for political purposes. Looks to me like Brittany wanted some "nobody's ever done THIS before" publicity.
