I'm generally a supporter of the current administration. However I don't see how in the hell this is going to stop kids from getting porn. I don't know about everyone else, but I was able to get around all the various bullshit my parents tried as a teenager to get porn. So I'm guessing it is just as easy now as it was a few years ago.

Yeah, I completely agree. Kids who want porn will get porn. I'm a bit amused that the administratrion would try to subpoena Google like that as well, given how much fire they've come under about invasion of privacy. I'll assume, however, that most people will consider a tapped phoneline to be more dangerous than Google's search info, but coupled with some of the other investigative tools available to the US government, I'd much rather have my phone lines monitored...

Hey, I got an idea. How 'bout, (pause) wait for it...(pause), the parents actually parent?!

Or, hmmm... Have software avail on every pc sold which would require a password to access certain sites, log ins, or restrict all but certain authorized sites and require people buying the PC register that they know how to use it. Oh wait never mind that is avail now on newer systems, even older ones.

Once again adhering to principles the Bushies are doing their best to keep government off of our backs and out of our personal lives!

The Republican party should just cut through all of the bullshit and write their tagline to read:

"Americas Republicans - Keeping Government in YOUR life and in YOUR pockets so Government can stay out of the life and pockets of the Fortune 500"

I'm sure that people like O'Reilly and the NO SPINN Fox News crew will spin this as THEY are fighting child porn and anyone against it must be supporting child porn.
