I can't belive its been a year since I posted this: http://ayonae.ro/showthread.php?t=5626&page=1&pp=10

Well... I got a lot of feedback on this, including some private messages that told me that it was inspiriational and that they now felt motivated to lose weight. So I figured I'd update you guys on where I am.

I'm happy to say that I have managed to stay at the same weight (actually, I am staying at ~185-190. I've built up a little more muscle tone since the last post, but not a ton. I don't want to be a muscle man... I prefer the lean look).

One thing that sucks about losing a large amount of weight rapidly is the remnants from being fat... namely loose skin and stretch marks. Plastic surgery can take care of the loose skin, but from what I've read, the stretch marks are here to stay. Oh well.

Anyway... one year down... the rest of my life to go! I really hope that anyone who was inspired by my story has stuck with their commitment.

I leave you with a before picture of me (actually... thats after having lost 50 LBs... so I was ~275 there) and an updated after. I really hate posing for pictures, but I figured what the hell...

If you used any certain supplement consistently during your progress, you might approach that company about taking care of the plastic surgery in exchange for some before and after crap.

I actually thought of that. I did all of the weight loss at Gold's Gym so I was thinking I could give them my before / after stuff... I'm just kinda shy about it heh.

Wow, you really did a great job. That seems like a lot of work and it paid off.

To this day I sometimes wondered about "Mr. Anon". I didn't see the post a year ago that you linked in this thread, so I had always wondered what happened to that guy since I never saw a resolution. Like a lot of people on the boards, I may not have ever known you other than seeing the name on the boards over the years. When Mr. Anon made that post, I always tried to figure out who it was. Then a while later when Darus posted a pic and showed that he lost a shitload of weight too, I thought it was him but wasn't sure. Never would have guess it was you. Grats to the both of you.
