LOL, reading that I was reminded of Garret Morris from the early SNL days:

"Bazuball, been beddy, beddy good, to me!" :D

Enjoy the season.

Boston certainly looks dominant on paper. Making it out of the AL East, however, is easier said than done.

It's a shame that the power division in the MLB has completely degenerated into an arms race. The Yankees offseason was a fucking disgrace to baseball. I hope to God they just get pulverized.

Cubs are not going to get past Milwaukee, much like last year in the playoffs...1 and done wasnt it? They both suck. I did like seeing Sabathia getting lit up in N.Y. the other night but in a good way, only wishing he would of stayed in a Brewer uniform (ok dream).

I really hope the Yankess bomb this year (pun??). Their buisness model of buying all teh free agents for the 10th year in a row needs to be proven it sucks.

There needs to be a mix, look at boston. The bought some players, but Pedroia, Elsbury, Youkilis, Lester, Papelbon are minor league prospects grown into players.

Ken Griffey Jr is back with the Mariners, and it was deja vu all over again with him reaching the upper deck at the Metrodome. :(

And a big thank you to Dice-K for fucking up my fantasy squad.

His W-L last year were completely lucky, and his BB:K ratio is ass. I'm predicting a sub-500 record for the guy this year. MUST TRADE HIM

GREY WHERE IS YOUR BOY DICE-K?!?!?!

As much as it pains me, I have another member of the Boston staff. Here's to hoping that Brad Penny has a comeback year and can cement himself as my #6 in the rotation. :D

Dice-K is angering me, but he always starts out sluggish. Beckett though...amazing again.

I wore a Seattle Mariners jersey last week that I bought the last time Griffey played in Seattle. I'm a huge Griffey fan. Was asked if I was a Mariners fan, and told the guy no, I just got to take it out of my closet finally when Griffey went back.

So glad to see him go to a place where he's loved and appreciated. Cincinnati fans (and this is a sweeping generalization of the fans and city, even though my wife is a Reds fan and not this way) are so bigoted in how they treat their athletes. Black athletes in general aren't treated well by the city, and Griffey was no exception. I heard several talk radio people discussing this situation, and they were blown away even with the history of how the city treated their black players that they didn't treat Griffey better. After all, Griffey grew up in Cincinnati (granted he was born in Denora, PA), went to High School there, AND took less money from the team than he could have gotten elsewhere.

I am so glad he went back to where he will be treated well.
