There is some drama happening between Jack Thompson (a jack off lawyer who if he had his way all video game would be burned WW2 Nazi style) and www.penny-arcade.com (http://www.penny-arcade.com)

Very interesting reading, check out the sight which normally is funny and about video games but is recently focused on Jack Thompson, due to fact the man actually called the creators of the comics, and sicked the police on them.

I think what Misters Krahulik and Holkins have done is brilliant. Not only did they twist the knife on Jack Thompson, but they have generated a bunch of positive PR for their own site and Child's Play.

The advantage that people like Thompson have historically enjoyed in terms of their ability to spread their message has been slightly degraded by the large readership of a site like Penny Arcade. I’d really like the media to get their mitts on this and interview the guys over at PA about what the gaming community has done in terms of public charity work. The only downside of this would be how well the guys would do on national media- based on what they write, they are pretty shy about that kind of thing. Until that happens, Thompson still has a slight edge in terms of audience- I’m sure a lot of people who watch CNN don’t ready Penny Arcade.

I think the best part is that Jack Thompson got disowned by the only organization ever to give him any credit. Long live PA.

Is it just me or does Jack Thompson argue with the 14 year old with Elren like retorts?

He's worse, sometimes. From what I've heard, the Florida Bar is investigating his license to practice and it may be revoked.

I just wanted to say I love VG cats. My favorite web comic by far. Those guys are brillant. Scott rocks.
