Hey all,

Check this site out (no warning necessary, its a wholesome site ;) ) and check out the two games "Truck Dismount" and "Stair Dismount". Readers of Penny Arcade will have already heard about these games, but for those of you who haven't, enjoy! :)

highest i can get is 50k, i dont know how in the hell people get 200k+

through flaws in the physics. ive gotten 80k regularly

couple ways I have found to get some decent scores.

1) place ramps close to truck and start guy just in front of truck or on the windshield and use slow truck speed. get head of guy stuck infront of bumper... 60-80k average for a good one.

2) place guy on windshield and place 1 ramp close to truck and other near wall (both infront of truck path). Use near full speed and make sure windshield is on. Basically you want to hit the first ramp then tap the second on your way down to shoot the front of the truck up just before you hit the wall. The man should fall infront of the truck at the time of inpact and portions of the guy will get stuck in the truck. Best score I've got is 150k this way. I guess its possible to get the head and all limbs stuck in the truck with the torso out for best points. 150k was the head, arm, and foot for a couple seconds.

Best 2 games ever no dubt about it is Sid Meyers Colonization I and Transport Tycoon Dlx!!!

another good way to get 90-160k points is to position the ramps with 1 space between them and start the man on the ground with 1 leg within each ramp. the man will get locked down inside the ramp for massive damage.


Its possible to get the guys head through the wall (or rather through the world and under the wall. I'm thinking this is the best method - yet hardest. I was able to get his head stuck there for a second and got some great points, but I can't get the truck to fall down into place and trap the head through the wall.

My greatest feats so far are getting the guy stuck in the windshield and getting him stuck inbetween that little space right behind the cab of the truck. also got the truck to stand on its back, but it wasnt on top of the guy =/

I personally find that the stuff that should cause massive damage doesnt, so on truck dismount I ignore all scores and just go for stuff that looks painful, such as catapulting him way way way over the wall as far as you can get him, the equivalent of falling from a 6 storey building window :)
