I'm starting to get excited :)

Today is the Saints first preseason game vs the Steelers... I'm sure we won't see much from the 1'st string but There are a few battles for spots I'm watching.

Anyone else have a game to watch today?

BTW the Saints game is at 7pm Central if you were going to look for it.

I'm really having issues with the whole NFLnetwork thing. hope the ratings prove out to the NFL what a bad move trying to own the game and the broadcasting is.

Just wait as the contracts start ending. NFL Network has said that they want to run 100% of the NFL Broadcasting. Why should their ad revenues go to Mickey Mouse or GE!?

I hear ya Kel, i just think its bad business pissing on what made you go from small potatoes to greatness. having the product on multiple venues and outlets is what has shaped this into the monster it is today.
Hell i buy tickets when i can(not easy in Seattle these days) buy the gear and register a 100/100 on the sunday nielsons and still the greedy A&&holes want more?

I think its going to piss off a lot of fans. I know a bunch of people that are pissed off already that the cable networks are charging an extra fee to even have the NFL Network. I admit I watch it quite often, but now I have to pay an extra 7-10 bucks a month for it?!

Thats where i'm at with it. i dont want digital cable. i have 70 +plus channels of crap as is and find my self watching Sci-Fi or history channel 90% of the time.
So i have to pay the 10+ a months plus the monthly fee for the box itself for the one channel i want and 100 others i careless for.

Packers against the Steelers tonight! Bush and Drew looked great last night.

Even more impressive to me was Palko(sp) and Pittman. I originally thought you'd see NO come back to earth abit this year. looks like i was wrong.
Bills looked pretty decent as well, think their gonna improved for sure.
As far as Reggie. good lord looks like he's the second coming of Marcus Allen and Barry sanders all wrapped up in one.

Glad to see New Orleans looking a little better than last week :)
For those of you who don't know Scott Fujita was on crutches after last weeks trip to the water park... I hope nothing happens at this weeks excursion to the Bunji jumping and hang gliding parks....

Was nice to see my Seahawks in action last night(finally). run D was little suspect but other than that looked promising.
Am I the the only one who thinks the Chargers "new" look is Bleh? those white helmets are horrid!

I thought that was some sort of throw-back variation of uniform..... the Seahawks looked really good in the 4th quarter running the ball.

If only AJ Hawk could play safety/corner while he plays every other position on defense. Hes fun to watch.
