I was wondering since I've seen US military personal flying in food, water and medical aid to the victims of the Tsunami (of which a majority are muslims)

What are you doing to assist your fellow muslims in their time of need?

So it sounds like they are using the same rhetoric as Jerry Falwell did, when he blamed 9/11 on the secularization of the US. OBL would blame the earthquake on god's wrath because the victims dealt with infidels.
