Way back in the day there was a story going around about how a Necro was helping a youngun get to Burning Woods but then realized it moved from zone to zone?

Has anyone been able to find a story, I think it was about trip to ToV or ST. But the rogue was killing everything and pissing people off. I havnt seen it in years. Since rogues are <3 I would like to find it again :)
