another one bites the dust. I read the title of this thread, and it really bummed me out. I had so much fun watching wrestling when I was a kid when it was decent family entertainment instead of the sex filled, obscenity laced, shit that's sold as sports entertainment now.

I went to one wrestling event as a child (I was 12). It was at a local high school, and the main match was Brutus "the Barber" Beefcake vs. Randy "The Macho Man" Savage.

He died in a car crash. Not the typical story for these wrestlers. It gives me a bit of comfort knowing it wasn't his wrestling that ended his life prematurely.

I will snap into a slim jim tonight in his honor. Ooooooooooooooh Yeaaaaaaaah!

Apparently he had a heart attack while driving. he was always one of my favorites. RIP Randy.

One of the best gimmicks in wrestling. ONe of my favorites for sure.
