Ok, my friend just got out of a "Behavior modifaction and Academic Excelance school" Basically a place where you are a locked down into your room, not allowed to speak and have to do school work for 13 hours a day, then you sleep, wake shower Reapeat. And if you don't do this, or speak while doing work, you get beaten (Not a fun place, and this is just the basics) He's been there for the passed 13 months. (Acadamy Ivy Ridge for those who were wondering)
He got out about 5 weeks ago, so to welcome him back from hell he and i are looking for a good place to go, have some wild fun (Key word) And just let him have some fun and blow off 13 months of intense aggrivation :-p.
Money not an option really i've been saving for this for 13 months heh... Nothing out of the USA tho as he doesn't have a passport, and Can't get one.
We live in NY FYI
I was thinking Miami, i've never been but hear it's a pretty fun place :-p
I know when it comes up we are going to mardi gras in New Orleans :-p but i figured something before that.
Thanks,
Sanchek

I would agree with Sanchek. There isn't @#%$ you cant do in Vegas.
and remember unless you kill a coked up hooker, cut her up and bury her and a security guard in the desert with 5 of your closest com-padres.....well then What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!!!:b

@#%$, from where that guy is coming from, he'd probably feel more at home at Abu Girhab.

How old you are greatly influences where the best place would be, so please provide that pertinent information.

Go to Cancun mexico and stay at the moon palace. You only need a drivers license to go the you dont need a passport. You can drink if you are under age. It is all inclusive which means you do not have to pay for ANYTHING else while you are at the hotel. Food, drinkls, tips ect. It only costs $2300 for the both of you. That is 7 nights worth of total ass kicking drunken stoupor fun! Oh did i mention the beach at the moon palace is a topless one??? Have fun!

Go to Montreal Canada:
1) Close to the States, so travel costs are low
2) Inexpensive
3) Beautiful French women
4) Great Food
5) 18 year old drinking age, loosely enforced
6) Best strip clubs on the planet
7) Jazz festival, Comedy festival, and F1 racing in the summer
8) Extremely safe/ low crime city
9) "Euro" flavor without going to Europe

Oh, BTW-- didn't see the fact that he doesn't have a passport when reading over the initial post, but it doesn't matter. Canadians passing into the states, and US citizens travelling to Canada don't require passports. A birth certificate and/or some form of government issued photo ID is all you need.
If you're in NY we're talking a six hour drive tops (assuming NYC)

Try Daytona Beach, FL. I've never been, though i live close enough to it but, i'm told it's pretty fun there. Course if you could get a Passport, like you said he couldn't, Cancun sounds fun also. Mardi Gras won't be going on untill /thinks, Feb of 05 sometime, but you should have a kick in New Orleans it's suppose to be ALOT wilder than here in Al, you know with their chicks flashing people and such. Al's Mardi Gras is more family oriented.
Vages might be a good place also, a friend of mine went there a few weeks ago to get married. She stayed over the weekend and said that place never stops. Also said there is more to do there then in a life time. You could also try Hawaii, remember that's in the US too just a little tropical island. 8) . hehe our own little paradise. You could learn to surf, body board, and other things i'm sure plus get nice and tanned.
If you go to a place like Daytona or Hawaii don't forget to take your sunscreen because looking like a lobster isn't fun... trust me. Not even a fan blowing on you while you sleep will help. And if you do get burnt then try some Aloe Rub, helps alittle.

Good advice. St. Catherine street was fun! Do they still sell Bradour in Canada?

If you have a record dont bother going to Canada. In fact dont bother going to Canada period....unless of course its west of Ontario.
So many things to see and do in the States no need to cross the border.

Cancun sounds fun,
My friend Speaks No French (i do) So don't know how good Most of Canada will be.
And I could probibly take him to a mall for a day and he'd be excited Lol thats how badly that place screwed him up.
But 2300$ I said money wasn't an option, i never said i wanted to spend alot :-p was hoping for 1k mabe 1.5k (I did a week in florida driving down for about 500 / 4 people Lol)
But i will never, ever drive through georgia, Ever again, i almost got killed.. 12-13 times on I-90 in Georgia, NO WHERE ELSE, and i always thought jersey drivers were bad :-(
BTW we are 18, so the more wild the better,
Sides, if we do Cancun i'll stop in Texas and see some of my EQ friends :-p Weee.
Vagas also sounds interesting, but we are 18 i believe gambleing is 21? (For some reason i thought that)
I have to go there for Gooncon2k4 anyway this summer so :-p 2 birds with one stone, only problem is.
The Family Curse.
Any member of my family (Fathers anyway, but i am half him half my mother heh) Will Die when they go to Vagas.
I've lost my grandfather 2 uncles and an aunt in Vagas so far, rather not add to the list. Lol.
Grandfather had a Massive Hart attack when he got to his hotel room.
Aunt + Uncle die of unknown casuses.
Uncle died from liquer poisoning. and probibly too much coke knowing him Lol.
Ooh, also my Cousin went there and came back with herpes :-p so That doesn't help either heh.
Things to think about..

There's no I-90 in Georgia. I-90 goes from Washington state to Massachusetts. Pay attention to where you're going next time, and you won't almost get killed. :(

FYI:
Canada is 80% English. All the French people live in Quebec, and most speak English just fine. You would be hard pressed to find a Canadian that can speak French outside of Quebec.
Brodeur? You mean the beer?

Yes, brewed by Molson. I thought it was "Bradour" though.
